Refund Policy
Our commitment to fair and transparent refunds for all online services.

Important: I-Spy Mold AI is an online mold photo analysis and virtual inspection platform. We do not perform in-person inspections, house calls, or field dispatch of any kind. All services are delivered digitally. AI Photo Scan and Virtual Inspection reports are informational only and are not a substitute for laboratory testing, medical advice, legal advice, or in-person assessment where legally required.
Overview
I-Spy Mold AI offers two core services: the AI Photo Scan and the Virtual Inspection. Because our services are delivered digitally and involve the time of certified professionals, our refund terms differ by service type. We aim to be fair and transparent in all cases.
AI Photo Scan — $49.99
Full refund: Available if requested within 24 hours of purchase and before the AI report has been generated and delivered.
No refund: Once the AI analysis has been completed and the PDF report has been delivered to your email, the service is considered rendered and no refund will be issued.
Exception: If you experience a technical failure that prevents report delivery and we are unable to resolve it within 48 hours, you are entitled to a full refund.
Virtual Inspection — $129.00
Full refund: Available if you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled Cal Video appointment.
50% refund: Available for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment but before the session begins.
No refund:If you do not attend the scheduled session without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued. The inspector's time is reserved and non-recoverable.
Rescheduling: You may reschedule your Virtual Inspection once at no charge if you notify us at least 12 hours in advance.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or cancellation, email Mia@ispymoldinspections.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We process all refund requests within 3–5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Chargebacks
We ask that customers contact us before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving disputes directly and quickly. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension and may be disputed with supporting evidence.
