How do I access my AI scan report?
Your report is emailed to you immediately after the AI analysis completes. You can also download it directly from the confirmation page.
What happens after I book a Virtual Inspection?
You will receive a scheduling link by email. Join at your scheduled time and a certified inspector will guide you through the process.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. See our Refund Policy for details. AI Photo Scans are eligible for a full refund within 24 hours if the report has not been generated.
What if I have trouble uploading photos?
Open the MIA chat widget in the bottom right corner of any page and describe your issue. MIA can walk you through the upload process step by step.
Do you offer services outside the United States?
Yes. Our AI Photo Scan and Virtual Inspection are available worldwide. Payment is processed in USD.
