1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using I-Spy Mold AI (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all users, including customers who purchase AI Photo Scans or Virtual Inspections.

2. Description of Services

I-Spy Mold AI is an online-only mold photo analysis and virtual inspection platform. We offer:

AI Photo Scan — automated AI analysis of mold photos submitted by the user
Virtual Inspection — live video consultation with a certified mold inspector

We do not provide in-person inspections, house calls, field dispatch, laboratory sample collection, or physical remediation of any kind. All services are delivered digitally.

3. Informational Purpose Only

All reports, assessments, and guidance provided by I-Spy Mold AI — whether generated by AI or delivered by a human inspector — are informational and educational only. They do not constitute:

Medical diagnosis or medical advice
Legal advice or legal certification
A substitute for laboratory or environmental testing
A licensed in-person inspection where one is legally required
A guarantee of mold presence or absence

Users should always consult licensed professionals and conduct laboratory testing when mold is suspected to pose a health risk or when required by law, insurance, or real estate transaction.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate information when submitting photos or booking sessions
Only submit photos of property you own or have permission to photograph
Not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
Not attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the AI systems
Attend scheduled Virtual Inspection sessions on time

5. Payment and Billing

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are listed in USD. By submitting payment, you authorize the charge described at checkout. All sales are subject to our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including the AI model outputs, written reports, brand assets, and platform design — is the property of I-Spy Mold AI. Reports generated for individual customers may be used by that customer for personal and business purposes but may not be resold or redistributed.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I-Spy Mold AI and its affiliates, inspectors, and AI providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or reliance on any report or recommendation. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made.
